Well, it's almost Christmas and we haven't lost a league game since 17th October! Such has been our involvement and relative success in the cup competitions that we have been unable to attend to our league games. Don't let my opening sentence fool you into thinking that our position in the table is being treated lightly; I can assure you that no one is treating our lowly place with anything other than concern. What I can assure you is that my staff and myself will be working will be working that out to improve the teams performance in whatever way we can. That being said I do think that we have been desperately unfortunate thus far with injuries. Add to the hat the recent decisions by Jim McCloskey and Paul Emerson to withdraw their "Labour". Jim because of pressure of time and Paul because he has moved house. I would like to say more about the contribution both these guys have made but I will leave that until another day and for now just thank them for their commitment to date.
It is a case of upwards and onwards and I have a belief that tells me while we won't win the league we will finish in a much more comfortable place.
